CAMDA Biogas Generator Set (24-200kW)

    Besides natural gas, we are able to use the biogas produced from organic
waste, coal mine gas, oil field gas and landfill gas for co-generation. In this
way, we convert wastes into new energy and protect our environment at the same time.

Genset Running Condition

Standard ambient temperature: 0ºC~40ºC. Special design is needed when ambient temperature is below 0ºC. (Antifreeze or heater is needed for temperature between -20ºC~0ºC)
Relative humidity<90% (20ºC)
Altitude: ≤1000m
Suggested Lube oil:French brand TOTAL SAE 15W—40CF4 Class

Fuel Gas Quality Requirement

Applicable gas: Natural Gas, Biogas, LPG, Coal-bed Gas
Gas temperature: ≤40ºC
Acceptable gas engine pressure: 210kPa
CH4 volume content: ≥30%
Total C2,C3,C4 content: ≤20%. Genset output power will decrease as the Cx content increases.
Gas heat value: ≥23MJ/Nm3, Genset output power will decrease as the gas heat value decreases.
H2S content: ≤200mg/Nm3
NH3 content: ≤20mg/Nm3
Impurities content: ≤30mg/Nm3. Size: ≤5um
Water content: ≤40g/Nm3. No free water.
